The living area, with a double bed, opens onto a south-facing balcony with a sea view. You’ll find a functional kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Bicycle parking is available in the residence’s inner courtyard. There’s a bus stop 100 m away for Hyères and La Tour Fondue, with boat shuttles to Porquerolles Island. Shops are 600 m away. A little paradise accessible to all! The beaches are within walking distance, right across from the apartment, with a water point to rinse off after the beach. The balcony with sea view is perfect for enjoying the sun. The studio has a washing machine, reversible air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Parking is available nearby. 10 minutes on foot to Hyères port. Bus stop 3 minutes away: Bona stop. From Hyères train station (line 67): 15 minutes. From or to Toulon airport (lines 67 and 63): 30 minutes. To La Tour Fondue (line 67): 20 minutes.
